RE: KNOWING YOU MINISTRIES, INC.          

To Whom It May Concern:

This letter is to inform you of the 501(c)(3) status of Knowing You Ministries, Inc., a nonprofit organization incorporated in the state of Missouri.

We represent Knowing You Ministries in this process, and the application is currently pending with the IRS.  Upon receipt of a letter of 501(c)(3) determination, all donations received after October 16, 2006 may be considered tax deductible to the donor.  We are applying for an exception to the 27 month filing ruling, due to the extenuating circumstances that delayed their filing. If this is not accepted, then the IRS will at the latest approve the application from date of receipt.
